Input Data
Set the drop-down list to Raw or Indexed.
| Indexed
|
In this mode, one column contains subjects, one column contains the corresponding factors data. The other two columns contain factor variables data.
- Notes:
- To learn more about how indexed data should be set up for two way repeated measure ANOVA., refer to the FAQ
- To learn more about how indexed data should be set up for two way mixed design ANOVA., refer to the tutorial
- Factor A
- Specify the first factor column. Note that the factor column will be set as categorical if Text column.
- Factor B
- Specify the second factor column. Note that the factor column will be set as categorical if Text column.
- Data
- Specify the response data column.
- Subject
- Specify the subject column.
|
| Raw
|
In this mode, response data from each level of the factor variable are stored in separate columns.
- Factor A
- Name
- Default = Factor A.
- Specify the first factor name.
- Repeat
- Specify whether this factor is variable with repeated measures.
- Number of Levels
- Default = 2
- Specify the level number of Factor A. And each level will have its own Leveli controls. Note that the system variable @AML controls the max number of supported levels for ANOVA (25 by default). You can change the maximum number of levels by assigning new values to the @AML variable.
- Leveli name
- Default = Factor A Leveli.
- Specify the level names of Factor A.
- Factor B
- Name
- Default=Factor B.
- Specify the second factor name.
- Repeat
- Specify whether this factor is variable with repeated measures.
- Number of Levels
- Default = 2
- Specify the level number of Factor B. And each level will have its own Leveli controls. Note that the system variable @AML controls the max number of supported levels for ANOVA (25 by default). You can change the maximum number of levels by assigning new values to the @AML variable.
- Leveli name
- Default = Factor B Leveli.
- Specify the level names in Factor B.
- Data
- Factor A Leveli
- Factor B Leveli
- Specify the data column.

| Grouping Letters Table
|
Showed difference of mean value with letters. Same letter means no significant difference, while different letter mean significant difference between two groups.
