18.6.1 The Deconvolution Dialog box

This tool is only accessible from script:

Make a workbook or a graph active.
Open the Command Window or Script Window and run the following LabTalk script to access the deconv X-Function:

deconv -d

Dialog Theme	See Dialog Themes.

Recalculate	See Recalculating Analysis Results.
Signal	Specifies the signal (a known convolution result). See Specifying Your Input Data.
Response	Specifies the response. See Specifying Your Input Data.
Sampling Interval	Specifies the sampling interval. The default is <auto>, which corresponds to an automatically computed interval.
Options	Specifies the deconvolution options. Normalize Response: Specifies whether the response should be normalized to [0, 1], before it is used to calculate the deconvoluted signal. Wrap Response: Specifies whether the response should be wrapped, before it is used in the deconvolution calculation. If this is selected, the maximum data point in the original response will become the first data point in the wrapped response. Deconvolution Type Specifies whether the deconvolution is circular or linear. This will decide how the data points outside the input range will be treated. Linear: Data points outside the input range will be viewed as zeros. Circular: Data points outside the input range will be viewed as repetition of the data points within the range.
Output	Specifies the output. See Output Results.
