FLEXnet ライセンスサーバを開始できず、ログファイルに以下のようなエラーメッセージが表示された場合

この問題を解決するには、

LMTOOLSのService/License FileタブでLMTOOLS ignores license file path environment variablesにチェックを付けてください。
