Description

Whenever evaluation of values of a fitting function are needed for a new set of parameter values, an internal flag 'new parameter values' is set. This way the context user can know to do "once per parameter values change" evaluation.

Syntax

BOOL IsNewParamValues( )

TRUE if the internal flag is set.
