The Worksheet Data toolbar buttons perform statistics on columns or rows of data, sort columns of data, use functions to set column values or mathematically transform data, update these column values, and fill columns with row numbers or random numbers.

Button Statistics On Columns.png

Performs statistics on the selected columns of data.

Button Statistics On Rows.png

Performs statistics on the selected rows of data.

Button Sort.png

Opens the Nested Sort dialog box.

Button Set Col Values.png

Opens the Set Column Values dialog box.

Button Set All Col Values.png

Updates all worksheet column values.

Button Set Col Values Index.png

Fill selection range with row numbers.

Button Set Col Values Normal Random.png

Fill selection range with uniform random numbers.

Fill selection range with normal random numbers.

Button Add Or Remove Data Filter.png

Add/Remove data filter for the selected columns. Removing would clean up selected data filters' setting.

Button Enable Or Disable Data Filter.png

Enable/Disable selected columns' data filter. Disabled data filters would not be run.

Button Reapply Data Filter.png

Run enabled column filters in active worksheet, and unmatched rows would be hidden.
