This tab is used to calculate the centroid points for subsets, add connection lines between data points and their centroid, add error bars for centroid points and add confidence ellipses for each subset.
If no subset has been set in Subset tab, the whole Y column of current plot will be treated as one set to calculate the centroid point.
Check Show Centroid Point for Subset to calculate and draw the centroid point for each subset.
Customize the style of the centroid points, including Shape, Color, Size and Transparency.
Add X and Y error bar for the centroid points. Here, Origin supports Standard Error, Standard Deviation or Standard Interval as X and Y error bar of centroid points.
You can customize the style of error bars, including the Cap Width.
Once the centroid points have been drawn, you can decide whether connect the data points in the subset and their centroid point. You can customize the style of connect lines.
Specify whether show labels for the centroid points.
By default, Group is selected, the grouping values will show as labels. You are also allowed to specify X value, Y value, X&Y value of centriod point or one source data coloumn to label the centroid points.
You can customize the Font and the Position of the labels.
And, you can use Numeric Display Format to customize the display of the labels.
Specify whether show ellipses for the centroid points. Three types of ellipse are supported here:
You can specify the confidence level for the ellipses, from 0~100. Or, enter the radius value for Euclidean Distance.
And, you can customize the line style and the Fill Color of the ellipses.
