complex bessely( double nu, complex z[, int scale] )
Parameters
nu
- a real number that specifies the function order
z
- the argument z of the function
scale
- scale option. 0 = No scaling; 1 = Scale the output of bessely by exp(-abs(imag(Z)))

Returns value of the Bessel function of the second kind
