You can use the 2D Binning tool to plot a 3D histogram

1. Start from a worksheet with two variables as X and Y column
2. Select Statistics: Descriptive Statistics: 2D Frequency Counts/Binning from menu
3. In the opened dialog, make sure to select Output Matrix
4. Expand the Matrix Plots branch, select 3D Bars
