can be customized as follow. You can also refer to this Youtube page for a video tutorial.
- Right-click on the label and select Properties.... This opens the Annotation dialog.
- In the Text tab, click the arrow button
to select a built-in format string from the context menu. An Examples sub-menu provides some more complex examples. Alternately, enter a string directly by typing or by using LabTalk Substitution Notation. A combination of literal text and variables is supported.
- To repeatly use the customized format, click the Set as Default button. Once saved, the format can be later brought up by pressing TAB until Custom displayed next to the Annotation tool curso.
- To apply the customized format to all annotations of current plot, group of plots, activa layer, whole window, etc, select the desired item from Apply to drop-down list.
- Press TAB key to switch among following options: (x,y), (x,y)[i], x, y, i.
- The annotation option displays next to the Annotation tool cursor
- Click the Pointer button
. Then hold down ALT key and drag an existing label from point to point. The label will automatically refresh according to the current point condition.
- Click the Pointer button
. Then hold down Ctrl+Shift key and drag an existing label to another point. The new added label will automatically update according to the new point condition.
- Right-click on the label and select Properties.... This opens the Annotation dialog.
- In the Text tab, click Symbol Map button
. This will opens the Symbol Map dialog. Select the special symbol you want and click Insert button to insert it to annotation.
